    Q. How will report cards, progress reports, scholarship warnings, non-diploma agreements and other important documents be communicated to parents/guardians?

    A. Report cards and progress reports will be distributed through Focus accounts for students and parents.

    • Schools should continue to work with families that do not have linked accounts.

    • Schools can print and mail progress reports and report cards as needed.

    • Schools should put forth their best effort to verbally communicate scholarship warnings to students and parents via phone, email, or other means to confirm receipt.

    A. Non-diploma agreements can be communicated by phone, followed by email for signature requirements.

    Q. How do students get copies of High School Transcripts?

    A. Students should contact their high school counselor for specific instructions.
