Group projects, individual and team presentations as well as the processing of case studies ensure practical knowledge and additionally promote the development of social skills (soft skills). In addition, block courses and workshops are pivotal components of the С³óߣ program. Excursions abroad complete the program.
To guarantee that the С³óߣ program has a strong practical focus, collaborating companies such as Adidas, Diehl, Schwan Stabilo and Siemens support the OHM Professional School. Lectures by renowned executives and excursions to regionally based companies are an integral part of the program.
Intensive practical relevance is also a core concept for the master’s thesis concluding the program.

What our graduates say
By owning a business, I noticed that I was lacking knowledge around management topics. Therefore, I decided the best way to improve was to pursue an С³óߣ study. When I was researching about the different options, I found a big constraint. I was missing knowledge on business administration and related topics. Hence, the program offered for non-financials was a perfect fit for me. People without a financial background can definitely be benefited from the non-financial С³óߣ program. Furthermore, the projects with companies provide a better understanding of how businesses work here, especially for foreigners who have no working experience in Germany.
While studying, my job was part-time, and I was learning German at the same time. It can be challenging sometimes to manage the lectures, the assignments, and the preparation for the exams together with your normal activities.
I must admit that my lack of knowledge was making me take wrong decisions in my former business. The program provided me the understanding of the theory behind the day-to-day business activities. Also, the method used to connect the theory and the practice, through projects, discussions, and practical examples, helped me to understand better real-life situations.
Definitely I would, personally, I think that without the extra semester to learn the basics, it would have been impossible for me to truly profit from an С³óߣ.

I decided to pursue an extra-occupational study program to help my family business in Iran and to learn everything required from scratch. I studied at the OHM Professional School because of the location in a historical and industrial city surrounded by a very beautiful nature. In addition, the price and duration of the program comparing to other universities with my background was compatible.
The study program was compatible with my part-time job. Furthermore, it helped me to get closer to my ideal job and find my real character better in an international and friendly environment. Students with different needs get a good support by faculty. They are helping students to develop, grow, and lead their own life in Germany.
The lectures and workshops helped me to understand the differences between making a decision based on science and media. Specially, the study abroad program was a compact package of learning, not limited to lectures. It will remain with me through the rest of my life.
If The OHM Professional school offer more specialized topic related to my interest, i will choose to study their again.
