Hello, Baldwin Family!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

I have been working with students for a long time…over twenty years now. Every principal is different, but I do want to make sure that you know my heart for our school family. You will hear all of us say “All Means All” this year. That means all of us (staff, parents, Baldwin community, & students) are going to work together to help every student be successful on the pathways of College, Career or Service. I believe every student is capable. I believe every student has a calling to a hope and a future. 

All of Baldwin’s programs (AP Capstone, Army JROTC, Athletics, AVID, Band, Clubs, Digital Design Academy, Pre-Early College, Early College, ERAU Unmanned flight, and the new Landscape Operation Academy etc) are there to help our students develop a real plan for College, Career or Service. My commitment to you as principal is to fight to bring in more resources like equipment, technology, business and community partners. My career has been built on bringing in real-world experiences, full scholarships, job shadowing, apprenticeships etc. I want the best for our students. 

My door is open and I am available if you ever need me. If you have a desire to get involved with our parent or community groups, to volunteer on campus, or to join our business advisory board, please reach out!
