    Our mission is to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children. PTSA is here to support the students, teachers, administration, and families of Darnell Cookman SoMA.
     

    VISION STATEMENT

    Our aim is to support our teachers in their educational activities and express our appreciation for their commitment. Our goal is to improve communication and collaboration between Darnell Cookman teachers and administration with the families of our students.

    PTSA recognizes and supports the academic achievement of our students and encourages students to explore their future in college and choice of career. We also want to encourage the social and emotional development of our students by providing fun activities throughout the school year.
