This year there will be a whole new registration process for student athletes.  We will no longer be collecting hard copies of the physicals/packets.  Everything will be done on-line through Aktivate.com.   Parents will need to register their child on Aktivate, and from here, upload all the necessary documents for approval. All of the forms are available  to view and E-Sign once you have completed the registration process. The physical forms are also available  to print off and take to your  physician. Once you've completed the physical, you must upload the form to your  account on Aktivate.  More instructions can be found HERE.
