Rufus E. Payne Elementary is a STEM Magnet school concentrating in Math, Science and Pre-Engineering. Students enrolled in this program have program continuity to Kirby-Smith Middle School. In addition to our magnet program, we have a strong academic curriculum to service the students in our surrounding community. Our students strive to learn daily and love to be challenged.
