Greetings Eagles!
It is with great excitement to welcome you to the 2019-2020 school year at the sensational Southside Estates Elementary School, home of the “Eagles.” Our theme this school year is “Diving into Learning!” This will be an extraordinary school year where we unlock the treasures of every student, encouraging them to dive and reach their maximum potential. One of our goals this year is to pursue our treasure of becoming an “A” school!
Our Vision at Southside Estates Elementary is to equip all students with the necessary skills to become high achieving life-long learners, productive community members, and responsible citizens. This school year, we are charging every parent to take an active role in your child’s education by:
- Making certain your student arrives to school on time daily by 8:30 a.m.
- Scheduling all doctor’s appointments after school
- Attending monthly Parent Engagement Nights
- Attending at least two School Advisory Council Meetings this school year
- Join P.T.A
While we encourage every parent to take an active role in their child’s education; we must put safety first. Every parent must have a valid Identification when visiting Southside Estates Elementary. Our number one priority is to create a safe and motivating learning environment for all of our super sailors! It is a privilege and an honor to collaborate with you as we create a culture of excellence through our commitment to fostering a learning environment where all children thrive! Come dive with us as this year is going to be spectacular!
