         "One hundred years from now it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much money I had in the bank account, or what my clothes looked like. But the world would be a better place because I was important in the life of a child." I love this quote because it is what makes me who I am and who I present myself to be in the school each day. My belief is that every child can learn, and my plan ensures that this belief becomes a reality.

         As principal, my top priority is student achievement. I set high expectations for all students, no matter their backgrounds. When you believe in the students, they too believe in themselves, which in turn gives them the inner motivation to succeed beyond the standards. Children should know that they were put here for a purpose and that their purpose is to achieve things of greatness. I inspire and motivate students to reach that destination.

         With the compassion and commitment that I possess, every student in every class will have a bright future.
