Military Academies

Our Military Academies instill leadership and people skills you need to be successful in life. The values of citizenship, personal responsibility, patriotism, citizenship, self-reliance and responsiveness to authority become second nature in our students.
Our Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) program extends across 14 schools. High School students enrolled in this program are trained for service in the Army, Navy, Marine Corps or Air Force, while maintaining their normal curriculum.
The purpose of the JROTC program is to instill in students the values of citizenship, personal responsibility, a sense of accomplishment, and service to the United States. Through community involvement and support, we develop in our students patriotism, citizenship, self-reliance and responsiveness to authority.
In addition to schools that specialize in Military and Leadership Programs, we also offer JROTC in 14 schools:
- NAVY – Ed White High, First Coast High, Mandarin High, Riverside High, Terry Parker High
- ARMY – Baldwin Middle/High, Englewood High, Paxon, Raines, Wolfson
- AIR FORCE – Andrew Jackson, Sandalwood, Westside
- MARINES – Ribault
