Mrs. Jennifer Beale-Collier, Principal of Anchor Academy Elementary, leads with vision, strategy, passion and a sense of urgency, because she knows every child who enters her school building must have the best educational experience possible to ensure they are successful in life. She does this by ensuring all faculty and staff in her building enact high expectations for all students by making sure students are exposed to rigorous and purposeful standards-based instruction daily. In addition to her passion for academic excellence, she believes in providing the social and emotional learning skills necessary to enhance the well-being and academic success of all children through the implementation of district initiatives such as, “Calm Classroom,” “Wellness Wednesday, and Silver & Golden Anchor Character Program, along with small group, and one-on-one student support services school-wide.

“As the PROUD Principal of Anchor Academy Elementary School, I look forward to continuing meaningful collaboration with our teachers, support staff, and school community during the 2021-2022 school year. My passion is advocating for students, and ensuring their differentiated academic needs are being met in all classrooms. I am blessed to have the opportunity to serve as Principal and positively impact our school’s culture through the development of the, "whole child".  Anchor Academy Elementary is unlike any school community I’ve been a part of, and understanding our, wonderful “uniqueness” enables me to see, plan, and execute our next steps, as we move forward to accomplishing our educational goals, one of which is regaining our school grade of an, “A.”

Our theme for this year is Dolphin PRIDE! Our primary goal is for every student to meet or exceed grade level expectations which can only be realized with parent/guardian involvement in the educational process. When the time comes, I highly encourage you to attend monthly School Advisory Council (SAC) meetings, join our Parent Teacher Association (PTA), serve as a school volunteer, attend school-based and community events, and actively maintain an open line of communication with your child's teacher(s), and administration.
