Major projects delayed as district considers long-term changes to facilities plan

  • Due to the rising costs of construction and charter revenue-sharing requirements, the district is undertaking a comprehensive review of all ongoing and planned projects under the Master Facility Plan. This review includes a thorough reevaluation of the scope, schedule, and budget of projects in design and in planning to ensure their feasibility and alignment with the district’s current priorities. As such, some project schedules have been postponed pending School Board review and approval.

    District leadership is committed to transparency and will provide updates as soon as decisions are made. The understanding and patience of the community during this period of reassessment is greatly valued as the district strives to make the best overall decisions for student excellence and safety.
