Our school gardening club mission: To provide opportunities for students to become future citizens who will be responsible and capable with greater self-expression, dignity, integrity and knowledge of their environment.

The goals of the club are:

*To open new areas of exploration, awareness, enjoyment, amazement and learning for students through gardening.

*Upson students in grades second through fourth will be provided many educational opportunities in gardening, conservation, rain barrels, hydroponic gardening, painting with vegetables, integrate gardening through literature and so much more!

*Students and teachers will enjoy after school gardening with lots of hands-on experiences at least 3 to 4 times each month (days and times to be determined).
