Oneview is a secure technology platform that allows parents, guardians, teachers and students to conduct school business in a secure virtual environment. Having a Oneview account allows you to:
- Enroll new students
- Register for schools or special programs
- Sign up for transportation
- Access the Focus student grade portal
- Access Blended Learning
With Oneview, you only need one login and password to access multiple applications and programs. Please sign-in using your district username and password. If you are a parent and do not have a С³óߣ account, you will need to create one.

How to Create a Parent Account

Navigate to
- Enter Captcha, then click Verify Captcha.
- Complete the required fields in the form.
- View and accept the Acceptable Use Policy by clicking the checkbox.
- Click Submit.
- Check the email account to which you added in the steps above when creating your account for email verification (if you do not see it, be sure to check the junk mail, as well).
- Click the Email Validation Link within the email.
- Clicking the Email Verification Link will take you to the internet and open a new window with a Captcha. Enter the Captcha code and click Verify Captcha.
- You may now close the page. Your account has officially been setup and completed.
- Enter Captcha, then click Verify Captcha.

How to Update Contact Information & Verify Mobile Phone

Navigate to
To update contact information:
- Click on the fields needing to be updated.
- Click Update
To verify your mobile phone number:
- Enter your phone number.
- Check box "Is Mobile Phone."
- Check box for Please Verify Number.
- A text will be sent to the phone number you submitted above.
- Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number and click Submit.
Your information is now updated, and your mobile phone number is verified. You may now close the window.

How to Recover Your Password

Navigate to
To recover your password using an email account:
- Enter Captcha, then click Verify Captcha.
- Enter email, then click Submit.
- Click Send an Email message with link to ‘youremail@email.com’.
- An email will be sent to this email address.
- Go to your email account and look for an email from FIMService@duvalschools.org. Be sure to check your junk mail if you do not see it in your inbox.
- Click the Email Validation Link.
- A new window will open on the internet.
- Enter the captcha and click Verify Captcha
- Enter a new password in each field and click Submit
To recover your password using SMS text message:
- Enter Captcha, then click Verify Captcha.
- Enter email, then click Submit.
- Click Send a text message with code to phone number. 1(xxx)xxx-xxxx
- Stay on this page; do not navigate away yet.
- A text message will be sent to your mobile phone.
- Enter the code sent to your mobile phone
- Enter a new password and confirm
- Click Submit
