• Thank you for visiting the С³óߣ Food Service Department page.

In order to address all questions, concerns, and comments, we encourage you to send us an email at FoodService@duvalschools.org or the Food Service Director, Jane Zentko at ZentkoJ@duvalschools.org. Jane or another Food Service staff member will reply to assist you as soon as possible.

If your child has food allergies or special dietary needs please contact our dietitians at 904.693.7676 and press 4. Special diets do not automatically transfer when students change schools; please contact our dietitians when your child changes schools to ensure the new school cafeteria manager has the student's special diet menu.

  • Welcome to the Duval County Public Schools Food Service Program!

In order to make good decisions about the food they eat, we believe students need two things: healthy options and the insight to choose wisely.

Nutritious meals impact the health and success of our students and are essential for strong academic performance. Our goal is to enhance student performance by providing nutritious meals and promoting the importance of healthy eating.

Our program is focused on exposing students to a variety of healthy options using flavorful ingredients. Our menus are developed with wholesome ingredients and an emphasis on the use of minimally processed ingredients. We use single-source, clean-label products with a focus on serving local produce.

We go beyond the café with our nutrition education programs, setting the stage for smart dining decisions that will pave the way for a lifetime of success and well-being.
