The Teacher Development and Support (TDS) team works with early career certified and employees new to С³óߣ who hold a FLDOE certificate.  We partner with the Professional Development Facilitator (PDF) at each school to assist with developing new teachers.  This includes helping to ensure successful completion of state-mandated induction requirements.  The TDS team also offers one-on-one coaching with teachers as well as hosting small groups and large-scale learning experiences. 

The Teacher Development and Support team is a proud member of the Human Resource Services Department under the leadership of Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, Mrs. Vicki Schultz.
