Meet the TDS Team!

The TDS Team is comprised of one supervisor, Leah Rose, one coordinator, and twelve specialists.  Each specialist supports a cluster of schools differentiated by elementary, secondary, and ESE support staff.  The specialist's role is to support new teachers through induction and to ensure that they have a successful start during their first few years of teaching.  

The specialists collaborate with the Professional Development Facilitator (PDF) and mentors to provide support and coaching for new teachers at each school.  The TDS specialist will be your main point of contact for the district and the PDF will be school-wide support.
