  • Paper Surveys

     
    Paper Survey Procedures:
    • Provide a copy of the survey in the parent's home language.

    • Collect all responses from parents.

    • The school is responsible for entering all responses into the online survey tool () by close of business 3/15/2024.

    • The email address field may remain blank when entering the survey.

    • It is important for the person entering surveys to have a block of uninterrupted time, to ensure that the data is not being entered multiple times. The survey platform will send a warning at 14 minutes, and then time out at 15 minutes.
