• Digital Compliance - Title I, Part A; Title II, Part A; Title IV, Part A

    Section 200.302 of the Uniform Grant Guidance requires management of the federal award in compliance with federal statutes, regulations, and the terms and conditions of the Federal award.  As such, the Duval County Public School District is using an online digital compliance system for the tracing of funding and expenditures as well as the allowable use of federal funds.  Below are instructions on using the Good Compliance digital platform.  It is important to note that all documentation ins relation to compliance is required to be retained at the school site for six years including the current year.
