  • The maintenance Work Order is the key to receiving a timely response to your school's maintenance needs. It is important to understand that Work Orders are generated by calling your maintenance regional dispatcher (Numbers Provided Below) and providing him/her with the building and room numbers and a brief description of the repair needed.  This is the primary entry point into our system and customers should know that no time can be charged, no materials ordered, progress to completion cannot be tracked without receiving a Work Order number.

    The easiest way to remember what we do in maintenance is this simple quote “if it’s broken, we will fix it”. However, sometimes our clients call us to request;

    ·        Cleaning, although we don’t provide cleaning we will put you in contact with the correct department without a second phone call;

    ·        New construction, renovations or remodeling, although we don’t provide those services we can sometimes assist and can put you in contact with the correct department without a second phone call;

    ·        Special services provided by outside annual contracts, such as new flooring, marker board replacement, blind replacement, retention pond service, pest control and more, although we don’t provide those services with our maintenance department we can sometimes assist and can put you in contact with the correct department without a second phone call;

    When you call in and ask for a work request, you should know that Work Orders are broken down into four (4) categories:

    Emergency: Critical health, safety or security needs. (Corrected within 24 hours)
    Immediate: High priority, but does not qualify as an emergency. (Corrected within 72 hours)
    Routine: Does not qualify as an emergency or immediate need. (Corrected within 30 days)
    Deferred: Can be delayed for extended periods. (Response time determined by available funding and priority)
