    Q. Are the SAT exams canceled?

    A. The SAT and SAT Subject Test administrations for May 2, 2020 have been canceled by the College Board.

    - Students who already registered for May, whose March test centers were closed, or who do not receive March scores because of any irregularities, will receive refunds from the College Board.

     Q. Are the ACT exams canceled?

    A. ACT has rescheduled its April national and international tests.

    - All students registered in April test dates will receive an email from ACT informing them of the postponement and instructions for rescheduling to June or a future test date. Monitor updates directly at .

    Q. Have the Advanced Placement (AP) exams been canceled for this school year?

    A. No, AP exams have not been canceled.

    - For the 2019–2020 exam administration only, students will take a 45-minute online free-response exam at home. National, educator-led development committees are currently selecting the exam questions that will be administered.

    Q. Will accommodations be provided for AP Exams?

    A. College Board’s Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) Office has already approved requests submitted by the school’s SSD coordinator.

    Q. Have the International Baccalaureate (IB) exams been canceled for this school year?

    A. Yes, IB exams have been canceled.

    - The International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) announced that the 2020 examinations scheduled between April 30 and May 22 will no longer be held.

    - IBO has communicated that “the student will be awarded a diploma or a course certificate which reflects their standard of work. This is based on student's coursework and the established assessment expertise, rigor and quality control already built into the programmes.”

    Q. Have the Cambridge Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE) exams been canceled for this school year?

    A. Yes, AICE exams have been canceled.

    - The Cambridge Assessment International Education announced that the May/June 2020 series will no longer be held.

    - Cambridge will award certificates, including the AICE Diploma to all qualified candidates as determined by mastery of course work

    - Every entry for the May/June series will receive a grade and if the student fulfilled the requirements, students could still receive the Cambridge AICE Diploma.
