С³óߣ Social Workers assist families towards the goal of improving students’ social, emotional, and academic well-being, fostering healthy development of the whole child.

Each SSW is assigned to a variety of schools to offer an array of services to address the needs of all students.  Services include, but not limited to:

• Home Visits
• Agency Referrals
• Attendance Support
• Psycho-social evaluations, including adaptive assessments
• Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS)
• Multidisciplinary Consultations
• Child Abuse Awareness, Prevention and Reporting
• Crisis Intervention and Response Services
• Community trainings in Parent Academy and Youth Mental Health First Aid
• Interventions and Accommodations for students
• Establish connection to school and community resources
• Implementation of District Programs and Initiatives
• Short term individual/group counseling
